Ponzi installs hospital doors in the intensive care unit of the Ospedale Maggiore in Bologna, which doubles its capacity.

Health Minister Roberto Speranza, together with the President of the Region Stefano Bonaccini, visited some hospitals belonging to the Intensive Care Hub, a territorial network developed within existing and Italian hospitals, equal to the strengthening of 146 total places. The capacity of the current intensive care unit has doubled at the Maggiore Hospital in Bologna.
To define the internal path and delimit the access of the most sensitive areas to authorized medical and nursing staff only, 8 PONZI automatic folding and sliding doors in anti-panic version were installed.
In addition to being fast and functional, the FDA model automatic folding doors are versatile and the passage can be used in its entirety for the transit of hospital beds, stretchers, bulky machinery. Even the sliding doors of the renewed AS series allow easy use thanks to the speed and silence of use.
The choice of Ponzi automatic doors derives from high technology and other insulation performance which, thanks to the Ponzi / Indisy profile and gasket systems, guarantee perfect sealing in environments with a high risk of contamination.
A system of consents can be applied to them which activate the passage to authorized personnel only. Ponzi is the conscious choice in the hospital setting for new specialist wards even in health emergencies.
